Oliveta della Torre was born as a project to recover abandoned olive groves and with the goal of producing artisanal, quality extra virgin olive oil. Our adventure began in 2012 with the purchase of two abandoned olive groves located north and south of the ancient tower of Montepescini Castle, hence the name "Oliveta della Torre."
