Svoltacarrozze Farm
In the old Belcano villa 500 meters from the vineyard. Sebastiana has restored the family cellar, which now houses 15 Slavonian Oak barrels of various sizes that accommodate 3 years of production. Constant temperature (18 °C) and humidity are maintained in the Cellar throughout the year.
Large vats placed in an upright position placed on a level above the aging allow the gravitational descent of the wine from the winemaking to the barrels so as to allow minimal shock to the wine during movement. Once bottled, the wine refines for at least a year in bottle in temperature-controlled rooms before being manually labeled and shipped to its final destination.
