Our hotel is family-run and taken care of directly by the owners, with homemade pasta, local porcini mushrooms, game from our town (wild boar, pheasant) and especially the Florentine steak made of strictly Tuscan Chianina beef.
The seasonal fruits and vegetables we use are purchased directly from local farms, picked and eaten ensuring true flavor and freshness
